_ In Surat Al-Tawbah (
5 ) ( You must kill all atheists and polytheists where ever they are . If they
become muslims and do Salat and Zakat , do not kill them )

_ Imam Al-Tabarani
tell in his book Al-Mu’gam Al-Kabir ( 12800 ) about Ibn Abbas that prophet
Mohammed said , Any muslim does not do Salat or Zakat or Fasting , he must be
killed .

in his book Al-Mustadrak ( 2 / 120 ) about Abd Al-Rahman Ibn Awf that prophet
